We downloaded the beta model buy microsoft office 2007 recently. office 2010 download is really very little to it, there is nothing which blows my mind away or a thing that make me feel Microsoft seems to have it right.
In my opinion, the version prior for you to Office 2007 was done perfectly! All in all, it looks nice, but no truly added useful new functions to flock to purchase it right now.
I personally am still a big user of office 2007 professional. I feel people are likely to spend unnecessary upgrade money to look for the newest Shine, Word, Powerpoint etc.. I sest waiting with the SP1, SP2 versions before an individual upgrade. In the meantime, I want to discuss some neat tricks in Office 2007 that you not be aware of, I hope to allow you to get more mileage through your expensive software before you select yet another upgrade!
Here are some neat tricks that you might find them useful; they should help that you gain some productivity time back.
In all Office tools, do you know the right way to apply a format painter to several place without clicking the format painter whenever? Just click the structure painter button twice prior to starting pasting the format.
In Excel 2007, if you have many tabs from the workbook, do you know the best way to get the full list of all the so-called existing spreadsheets? Simply right mouse click the VCR button at the fewer left hand corner.
In WORD 2007, do you know the quickest strategy to do a word depend? Use your mouse to decide on the section of the text that you are interested in, press Ctrl+Shift+G. Of course, once you have selected the text, you can see words count for the lower left hand corner of your word container. But the Ctrl+Shift+G offer you more information, for example, number of paragraphs, number of lines, and number of personas.
